No parties or events allowed
No gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy
No amplified music outdoors

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including children)
All guests must be registered at time of booking
No unregistered visitors overnight

Respect for Property & Neighbors

No smoking inside the property
No pets allowed
Treat the property and furnishings with care
Dispose of trash in designated bins before checkout
Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

New Orleans Regulations

This property complies with all New Orleans short-term rental regulations
A valid short-term rental permit is maintained and displayed
Guests are expected to comply with all local ordinances during their stay
