We're here to help

Having trouble reaching our site?

Don't worry — your booking is safe and our site is secure. Some Wi-Fi networks (like hotels, airports, cafés, and corporate offices) sometimes block or interfere with outside websites. Here are a few easy ways to get back to us.

First, the good news

Our website crescentcitystays.com is secure and certified. If your browser is showing a warning, it almost always means the network you're connected to is the issue — not our site. Other guests on different networks are reaching us just fine.

Try these, in order

1. Switch to your phone's data

The fastest test. Turn off Wi-Fi on your phone (or use it as a hotspot for your laptop) and try again. If our site loads, the Wi-Fi network you were on is the problem.

2. Sign in to the Wi-Fi first

Hotels, airports, and cafés often require a login page before letting you visit other sites. Open a plain page like http://neverssl.com — that should pop up the network's sign-in screen. After signing in, try us again.

3. Change your DNS

In your device's network settings, set DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google). This often bypasses overly aggressive network filters. Restart your browser afterward.

4. Try a different browser or private window

Open a private/incognito window, or try a different browser. This clears any old cached settings that might be causing the warning.

5. Still stuck? Just email us

We'll happily take your booking by email or phone. Reach out to support@crescentcitystays.com or call (504) 555-0123, and we'll get you taken care of personally.
